These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and NWE88 ("NWE88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the NWE88 website located at https://nwe88.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and all related digital content.

• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a Player Account using an approved payment method, including but not limited to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "rollover requirement" or "playthrough") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the NWE88 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://nwe88.cam.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on NWE88.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active account on NWE88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. NWE88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of NWE88 or any of its affiliates.
6. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. NWE88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's provision of false or inaccurate registration details.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on NWE88. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

NWE88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification typically requires the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or Tenaga Nasional / Syabas / Indah Water statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required (e.g., screenshot of your Maybank2u, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow account in your name).

NWE88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

NWE88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for DuitNow and select e-wallets; RM50 for bank transfers and FPX.
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by NWE88.
• Processing Time: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. FPX bank transfers may take up to 1 business day in exceptional circumstances.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• NWE88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

NWE88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each bonus offer page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses expire after the stated validity period (typically 7 to 14 days from the date of credit). Unused bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10% to 20%). Game-specific contribution rates are published on the relevant bonus terms page.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and work through one active bonus at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Abuse Prevention: NWE88 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is detected.

NWE88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, NWE88's decision shall be final.

All bets and gaming activity on NWE88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or market. These rules are published within the relevant game interface or betting section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. NWE88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where an obvious system error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game, NWE88 will resolve the bet in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. Where a game round cannot be conclusively determined, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account.
• NWE88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a palpable error in pricing, odds, or game outcome.
• For sports betting, NWE88 follows international sportsbook practices regarding settlement of bets in respect of abandoned matches, postponements, walkovers, and other contingencies. EPL, La Liga, and Super Malaysia events follow standard football settlement rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook or game section and are subject to change.

NWE88 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winings derived from exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed solely to exploit bonus offers without genuine recreational play intent.
• Participating in any form of money laundering or using NWE88 to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any NWE88 employee, live dealer, or other player through any communication channel.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or compromise the integrity of any NWE88 game, system, or security feature.

NWE88 employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring tools. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we will act without prior notice. Players suspected of prohibited conduct have no right to receive winings accumulated during the relevant period.

NWE88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed other than for cause, NWE88 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NWE88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or server outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch'n Go, or DuitNow.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All content on the NWE88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and visual design elements, is the exclusive property of NWE88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

NWE88 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of our services, including account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and customer support. Our data practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
